Fudco Deluxe Nut and Raisin Mix combines whole cashews, almonds and pecans with plump golden sultanas and green raisins. The fruit balances the richness of the nuts with natural sweetness, and the mix is processed and packed in the UK. How to use it
Serve it as it is in a small bowl when guests visit for Navratri or Diwali, or set it out with tea alongside namkeen. It also makes a quick topping: scatter a spoonful over kheer, sheera, vermicelli payasam or morning porridge. For a trail mix, combine it with toasted coconut chips and roasted seeds. The raisins are lightly coated in sunflower oil so they stay separate in the bag.
