Pure corn oil in the 5L bottle, refined, neutral and stable at a high heat. It is the oil for anything that has to come out crisp rather than greasy, and it has almost no flavour of its own, so the spices lead. Higher in polyunsaturates than most cooking oils at 57.8g per 100g.
How to use it
Use it for deep frying bhajis, puri, samosa and pakora, for shallow frying, for roasting, and in any recipe that just says vegetable oil. Do not stand the bottle on a hot surface, and never pour used oil back into it.
