The plain frying oil. Rapeseed tastes of almost nothing, takes a high heat and, in this extended life grade, stands up to being used more than once, which is what the name is about.
Use it wherever a recipe wants a neutral fat and the spice is meant to lead: bhajis, samosas, puri, shallow frying, roasting, cake batter. Nothing of the oil turns up in the finished dish.
Higher in omega 3 than most cooking oils, at 9.3g per 100g, and carrying vitamin E. A litre for the worktop, or take the five litre if you fry often.
