How to use it

• The base of almost any curry: heat, add whole spices, then onion
• Frying pakora, bhaji, samosa and puri at 170 to 180C, well under its smoke point
• Roasting vegetables and greasing a tin for cake or dhokla
• Dressings and marinades where a neutral oil is wanted
