For a blocked drain, stir 100g into a litre of cold water, pour it down and leave it half an hour; for routine cleaning of a slow drain, 50g to the litre is enough. Wear rubber gloves and eye protection, keep your face away from the fumes, and lock the cap back on afterwards.

Good to know

375g of pure caustic soda

Age restricted, 18 or over

Causes severe burns; wear gloves and eye or face protection

Never mix with other cleaning products, acids or aluminium
