Mix it with the contents of the sachet and leave it to marinate for 5 minutes. Heat 2 tbsp of oil, fry mustard seeds, curry leaves and sliced onion for 3 minutes, add sliced tomatoes and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, then add the marinated soya and the other ingredients and sauté for around 5 minutes until dry.
