Heat 2 tbsp of oil, fry mustard seeds, curry leaves and sliced onion for 3 minutes, add sliced tomatoes and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, then add the soya and sauté for around 5 minutes until dry, or simmer it in coconut milk for a gravy curry.
