A spoonful deepens the colour and the savoury edge of a sauce in a way that fresh tomatoes alone do not manage. The jar holds 350g and reseals, so you are not left with half an open tin. In an Italian kitchen it goes into a ragu, a minestrone or a pan of stewed beans. Once the jar is open, keep it in the fridge and use it within a few days.

Good to know

350g resealable jar

100% Italian tomatoes

Only ingredients are tomatoes and citric acid

74kcal per 100g

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1101/7433/9411/files/cirio-supercirio-concentrated-tomato-puree-350g-front.png?v=1793356735
