aashirvaad-whole-wheat-flour-5kg
Aashirvaad Whole Wheat Flour 5kg

Aashirvaad Whole Wheat Flour is the export pack of ITC's shudh chakki atta, the pure stone-milled whole wheat flour from one of India's biggest atta brands. Nothing is added and nothing is taken away: the wheat is cleaned, ground in a chakki so the bran stays in, and packed. It gives a soft, non-sticky dough that absorbs water well, which is what makes rotis stay soft long after they come off the tawa. The 5kg bag suits households that make rotis daily.

How to use it

Put the flour in a wide bowl with a pinch of salt and add warm water gradually, mixing with your fingers until it gathers into a dough. Knead for five minutes until smooth, cover with a damp cloth and rest for twenty to thirty minutes. Pinch off balls the size of a lime, roll thin and cook on a hot tawa for thirty seconds a side, then puff over the flame. The same dough makes parathas, puris and bhakri, and the flour works in wholemeal bread and biscuits too.

Good to know

100% whole wheat, chakki ground

10.8g fibre per 100g

No added preservatives

Product of India, 5kg bag

See also Aashirvaad Shudh Chakki Atta 5kg, or browse all our chapati atta.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1101/7433/9411/files/aashirvaad-whole-wheat-flour-5kg-front.png?v=1791181023
