Marinate 300g of cleaned, cut meat in this for an hour. Heat four teaspoons of oil, fry two chopped onions until golden brown, add a chopped tomato and cook until mushy. Add the marinated meat with one tablespoon of the masala and saute well, then pour in 250ml of water, add salt and pressure cook for 10 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or chapati; the recipe serves 6 to 8.
